What is stored
Your name and email address
WhySo Susan can send your assessment results, confirm your bookings, and reply to messages you send from the site.
How longKept while you are on the mailing list. Removed on request or when you unsubscribe from all communications.
Interactive Clarity Assessment scores and optional reflections
WhyUsed to generate your personalized results PDF and email, and to help Susan tailor a conversation if you book one.
How longRetained with your lead record so returning visitors get context-aware follow-ups. Deleted on request.
Booking details for 1:1 conversations (date, time, timezone, and any notes you add)
WhySo the calendar can hold your slot, send confirmations and reminders, and let you reschedule once if needed.
How longRetained as part of Susan's coaching records. Cancelled bookings are kept as history but no longer appear on the calendar.
Purchase records (which product or session you bought, amount, and Stripe receipt ID, no card numbers)
WhySo Susan can grant access to what you paid for, issue receipts, and handle refund requests.
How longKept for as long as required for tax and accounting. Card details are stored by Stripe, never on this site.
Email delivery status (sent, opened, bounced, unsubscribed)
WhySo future messages skip invalid addresses and respect your unsubscribe choice.
How longBounce and unsubscribe entries are kept indefinitely to prevent re-mailing you by mistake.
A cookie recording your analytics consent choice
WhySo you are not asked every visit. No analytics scripts run until you accept.
How longStored in your browser until you clear it or change your choice.
What is never stored here
- Credit card numbers, CVCs, or bank account details. All payments go through Stripe.
- Private session notes from paid coaching are not stored on this website.
- Third-party ad tracking, retargeting pixels, or profile-selling data brokers.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom, or manage your preferences on the email preferences page.
- Ask Susan to delete your data at any time by emailing susan@turningstoneslifecoaching.com.
- Change your analytics consent by clearing site data in your browser and reloading. The choice banner will appear again.
